WE’RE GETTING MARRIED

Nathen and Sydney’s story began back in 2015, when they first met in high school. Like many teenage friendships, it started simply—hallway conversations, shared laughs, and an easy connection that felt natural from the start. In 2016, they went to the homecoming dance together, creating a sweet memory that neither would forget. Life eventually pulled them in different directions, and they lost touch when both of them headed off to college. But as fate would have it, their paths crossed again during Sydney’s sophomore year. What began as a reconnection quickly turned into something deeper. Sydney found herself making multiple trips from Sonoma County to Weed, California, each visit strengthening the bond they once shared. After Sydney graduated college and moved back home, their relationship truly took off. On September 1, 2021, Nathen and Sydney officially began their journey together, building a life rooted in love, laughter, and adventure. Since then, they’ve traveled near and far—making unforgettable memories in Oregon, Idaho, Wyoming, Nevada, and Mexico, and discovering that no matter the destination, being together was what mattered most. On April 12, 2025, out west and surrounded by the beauty they both love, Nathen asked Sydney to spend forever with him. She said yes—and the rest is history.
