When should I RSVP by?

Answer

ASAP or no later than July 5, 2025 to ensure you are able to make accommodations at the Clarion or your hotel of choice. Click on the “RSVP” tab to respond - we hope you can make it!

Do you have a hotel block?

Answer

Yes, click the travel tab where you’ll find the link to book at the Clarion Hotel under the block!

Will transportation be available?

Answer

A shuttle bus will be available to transport guests to and from the venue. When you RSVP, please answer the prompted question of whether or not you think you’ll be utilizing the shuttle service so we can have a rough head count.

What time should I arrive for the ceremony?

Answer

Please arrive about 10 - 15 minutes prior to the start of the ceremony. The ceremony will start at 4:00 PM.

Can I take photos during the ceremony?

Answer

While we love that you want to capture our special moment, we kindly request an unplugged ceremony to allow everyone to be fully present. Our professional photographer will be capturing all the highlights, and we'll share the photos with you afterwards!

What should I wear?

Answer

”Garden Party Attire” - Think dressy-casual, floral prints, linens, and suits in lighter hues. Please note that the venue is mainly outdoors and the ceremony will take place on grass, so choose your footwear accordingly.
