We will be blocking out rooms here! Also, we will have two transportation shuttles taking guests to and from the venue!! Pick up will be out front! If you plan to use transportation let us know! We're paying for it, use it. Text Deanna Reeser if you plan to use the Shuttle at 740-601-1800. Shuttle Times: From the Hotel to the Venue: 2:30pm *if you have not checked into the hotel, park next door in the Walmart parking lot. If you check in prior, make sure your parking pass is visible in your car. We would hate to see a vehicle towed. (16 vehicles were towed last weekend) If you are not staying, but using the shuttle, you're all set, just get on! From the Venue back to Hotel: 9:30pm for the early birds, and 10:30pm for the remainder! No OVI's please - Sgt. Harrell and Ofc. Reeser
