What day should we arrive?

Tuesday April 13th is when the wedding events start. You can arrive as early as April 11th.

Do we have to pay up front for our rooms?

Answer

No. On the room blocks link, it will ask for a credit card but that is a card down to guarantee your room reservation. Payment is not due until 60 days before your reservation.

When are payments due?

Answer

Your payment will be due 60 days prior to your reservation. A payment link will be sent.

How long do we have to book?

Answer

You can book your rooms through the room blocks all the way up til February 11th, 2027.

Question

Does the room include flight?

Answer

No. You will be responsible for booking your own flights.

Can I change my reservation days?

Answer

Yes! If you decide you need to change your reservation days you can contact the hotel reservation department and they will change your days accordingly.
