If you are able, we ask that you dress semi-formal. Please refrain from wearing jeans.
Our colors are burgundy, pinks, and green. We would LOVE it if you could wear those colors too!!

Although we love your kids, due to venue restrictions, we cannot accommodate them for our wedding. We apologize if this is an inconvenience and appreciate your understanding.
Our ceremony and reception are inside the Hall of Laureates. Cocktail hour will be held outdoors in the west garden.
To the south of the Hall of Laureates is the Polk County Treasurer Building. Parking in that lot is free. You are welcome to park in that lot or pay for street parking.
We have a hotel block at Embassy Suites. Embassy Suites is directly across the river from our venue. There is paid parking available at the hotel, and it would be a great place to park. If you would rather not stay downtown, there are countless hotels in the Des Moines Metro!
