How do I book my travel?

Answer

Please email arrowtravel@mchsi.com to book your flight and stay package! Amy will handle everything and this way you can choose how many nights you stay! Let her know you are inquiring about the Erwin/Blair wedding.

When should I arrive to the resort?

Answer

The welcome party will be Friday night, June 26th. We highly recommend an early Friday flight or even Thursday night!

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Formal, lightweight and breathable dresses for women. Opt for light and summer colors. Formal linen suits, button down shirts (short or long sleeve) with dress shorts or pants. Wear shoes that are comfy and easy to take off as we will be on the beach!

Can I bring a plus one?

We are keeping our wedding small and intimate. If you receive a plus one it will appear when you RSVP.

Are children invited?

Answer

While we love our little ones, this is strictly adults-only. With the exception of the immediate family.

Can I take photos during the ceremony?

Answer

We ask you kindly that all phones are away during the ceremony.

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

Yes, since the resort is all-inclusive, you will have an open bar every day you stay at the resort!

Will I need a passport?

Answer

Yes! We will be getting married out of the country so please ensure your passport is not expired! If it expires within 6 months of the wedding - you will need to renew it beforehand!
