Shuttle Schedule

4:00 pm - 11:45 pm

Arrival 4:10–4:25 PM – Pick-up at Hotel Winters 4:30–4:45 PM – Pick-up at Fairfield Inn & Suites Departure 9:30 PM – Early drop-off at Hotel Winters and Fairfield Inn & Suites 11:00 PM – Final departure The large shuttle will stop at Green River Taproom first, then continue to both hotels. The mini shuttle will go directly to both hotels. Please Note: The shuttle will run on a strict schedule to ensure everyone arrives on time. If you plan to ride, please be prompt. If you miss it, you’ll need to drive yourself. There is ample parking at the venue if you prefer to drive. Uber and other rideshares are not available to or from the venue.
