Done this more times than I can count...a BLAST every time! Have a few different boat sizes, BYOB, and a good time. Located at the pier at Weirs Beach in Laconia.
Mount Washington Cruises
Take these out of Weirs Beach, make stops in Wolfboro (another tourist town) & Meredith. Have dinner cruises, & day cruises with a bar + snacks onboard.

Granite State Rail Bikes
Fun rail bike tour out of downtown Laconia! Goes right along Lake Winnisquam. You can bring your snacks, and drinks. About an hour tour!

Funspot is an indoor arcade that has one of the largest collections of early-1970s to late-2000s games in the world. Plus cash bingo, bowling + candlepin, and mini golf! Great for a rainy day activity.
Gunstock Mountain

THE BEST! Been around forever. Quaint breakfast spot, would highly recommend. Right in downtown meredith. Another spot right next door is Sunshine & Pa's - another great diner in town. Lots of diners in this area!
Moulton Farm
Cutest place! Yummy breakfast food + coffee, the BEST cider donut hut (dangerous) Has a great market with all fresh produce grown onsite, and a flower garden.
Kellerhaus
Been around for over 100 years, and have a fabulous ice cream bar. Highly recommend!
