Is there a dress code?

Answer

Our priority is your presence and your comfort, we are doing this thing in January! We intend for the ceremony to be outside (dependent on weather), while the reception will take place in an outdoor, heated tent. Please keep this in mind as you plan your attire!

Are kids welcome?

Answer

To allow us to be completely present with each of our guests and ensure everyone can fully enjoy the evening without the added responsibility of little ones, our ceremony and reception on Saturday will be an adults-only celebration. We envision this as a chance for you to let loose and enjoy the night. We sincerely appreciate you making arrangements for your young kiddos.

Is there transportation to the wedding events / in Sisters?

Answer

For out-of-town guests attending, the transportation options are a bit more limited than in a major city, but there are several reliable choices to consider. Key Options: Private Shuttles/Car Services: Companies like Sisters Delivery and Shuttle, 541 Airport Shuttle, and Enviro Shuttle offer direct, pre-booked transfers from RDM to Sisters. Rideshares (Uber/Lyft): Available, but consider pre-scheduling, especially for airport trips or during peak event times. Taxi Services: Limited, but local companies can be called for pick-up. Car Rental: Most convenient for exploring the area, with major agencies at RDM. Good news for the wedding weekend: Many of our wedding events are conveniently located within walking distance to an 8-minute drive of each other, making local travel easy once you're in Sisters!

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Our celebration will take place in a cozy, heated outdoor tent, conveniently located just outside The Lodge at Pole Creek Ranch. There's plenty of guest parking along the road leading up to The Lodge. We want everyone to be comfortable, please know that you can use our drop-off zone right at The Lodge's front doors. We've got you covered!

Are pictures allowed during the ceremony?

Answer

We can't wait to see your faces as we tie the knot! For our ceremony, we're asking for an "unplugged" experience – no phones or cameras, please. The greatest gift you can give us is to simply be fully present in that moment with us. Don't worry about capturing it; we have amazing photographers who will, and we'll share everything with you! Once the ceremony concludes, feel free to pull out your devices and capture all the fun. And yes, please share any photos and videos you take with us!
