Where are the ceremony and the reception taking place?

Answer

The ceremony and the reception will both be held at The Venue at Rafter E. Ranch. The address is 170 Side Saddle Lane, Fredericksburg, TX 78624.

Answer

The ceremony will be taking place outdoors and the reception will be indoors.

Are the ceremony and reception wheelchair accessible?

What happens after the ceremony?

Answer

After the ceremony, the bridal party and immediate family will be taking pictures nearby for around an hour. Guest can head straight to the reception hall for cocktail hour.

What should I do if I can't make it?

Answer

You will be missed! If you can not make it to the wedding, please let us know as soon as possible and RSVP "No", so we can plan accordingly.

What should I wear? Is there a dress code?

Answer

The dress code for our wedding is cocktail attire. Ladies can wear cocktail dresses, and gentlemen can wear a suit and tie. We do want you to be comfortable so don't overthink it. We would love for all of our picture to look amazing therefore it would be very much appreciated if everyone would wear neutral colors such as grey, beige, khakis, blues or if you want to fit in with our colors, you can wear muted jewel tones such as emerald, deep teal, dark purple, burgundy, and navy blue. Can I bring a date?

Answer

We have a strict guest list to stay on track with our planning. Our wedding is RSVP only. We will only be able to accommodate to those listed on your invitation.

Where should guest park? Is parking free?

Answer

The Venue has a large parking lot, and parking is free.

What time should I arrive?

Answer

We recommend that you arrive thirty minutes to an hour before the start ceremony, to make sure everyone is on time and we can get the party started as scheduled!

Will food and drinks be served at the reception? What kind of food?

Answer

We will be having food and drinks at the reception. We are happy to say that there will be a taco bar/buffet with meat options. We will also have alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages for you to enjoy!

Are kids welcome?

Answer

While we love your little ones, our wedding is going to be adults-only event, with some exceptions to our immediate family. We want everyone to relax and enjoy the evening. Unless your child has been listed on your households invitation, we appreciate you making arrangements ahead of time and leaving the kiddos at home so you can celebrate with us.

Can I take and post pictures of the wedding? Can I post them on social media?

Answer

We will be having an unplugged ceremony where you will be allowed one minute before we start to take all the photos you want. We want to see your beautiful and handsome faces, not your photos while we take our vows to becoming husband and wife. (Do not worry we will be sharing the photos our photographer will be taking) During the reception, you are free to take photos and videos but please enjoy the moment rather than worrying about capturing it, (Again, that is what the photographer is for). You are free to post pictures on social media, just make sure you get our good angles!

What will the weather be like this time of year?

Answer

Since we will be in Texas, it is anyone guess. You should come prepared with a jacket if you think you will be chilly during the ceremony since the wedding is in November. The venue we will be at has never had a wedding rained out! But if we are the first ones we can move everything inside if necessary.
