FAQs

Question

What is the dress code?

Answer

Our dress code is formal — but with a relaxed twist! Think dresses, jumpsuits, dress shirts, and nice shoes. While we’d love for everyone to dress up a bit for the occasion, we know not everyone loves to be in a suit all night — so jeans, golf pants, and slacks are perfectly acceptable! We just ask that you keep it classy and event-appropriate as we celebrate this special day together! (Ladies please avoid wearing white )

Question

Can I bring a date/ plus one?

Answer

Due to limited space we are only able to accommodate those on the initial RSVP. If you are given a plus they will appear under your name when you RSVP.

Question

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Invitations will be specific and will include the names of the children who are invited. However, we encourage you to use this evening as a "night out" for yourself! For those of you that will be bringing your children, please be sure to watch them closely and recognize you are responsible for them.

Question

When do I need to RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP by August 1st, 2026. Using the QR code on your invitation or by clicking the "RSVP" tab in the menu above. If you do not RSVP in time we will assume that you are unable to attend.

Question

Will there by an open bar?

Answer

Yes, a limited bar will be open!! Shots, and high end liquor/mixed drinks will be on you. As well as any cigars that are sold at the Venue. A menu of the free alcohol selection will be displayed on the TV by the bar, as well as our signature drinks.

Question

Can I take photos during the ceremony?

Answer

We are okay, with family and friends wanting to take pictures or videos, but would prefer you are present in the moment with us. If you are planning on taking any photos or videos, our only request is to not move from your seat to take the pictures. We hired a photographer and we love for her to be able to do her job, without getting blocked or having others in the way. We promise we will share those photos when we receive them.

Question

Are there any details of the Ceremony we should know about?

Answer

We plan to have the ceremony outside by the pond. If we are expected to see any weather, we will plan to move our ceremony inside the venue. If you are unable to walk or are uneasy on uneven surfaces, a golf cart will be available to take you to your seat along with our Ushers.

Question

Are there any details about the cocktail/reception we should know about?

Answer

Cocktail hour will start immediately following the ceremony. Feel free to play yard games, drinks, a little snack and mingle. The newlyweds and wedding party will be on a party bus and will plan to return by 6pm, having the DJ announce their arrival. During the Cocktail hour a limited selection of beer and wines will be available at the bar until dinner is served then the bar will be open.
