Great German inspired food with Beer and Cider on tap. Also includes a plethora of bottled beverages from all over the world (both alcohol and non-alcohol options available) Indoor and Outdoor Seating. Great sandwiches and the Beer Cheese soup is a must have.
Great place for coffee besides the always popular Starbucks or Dutch Bro's.
My favorite Brewery in Eugene. Specialize in NE IPA's, Fruited Sour Beers, Pale Ale's and Kolsch. They do have a food menu, fries and small plates are great. Limited options for main courses. Burger is above average.
From Sunriver, OR (Bend). Beer on tap and decent Dinner Menu. Mac & Cheese, Waygu Sliders and General Tso Cauliflower bites are amazing. General Pub food and appetizers.
Easy 1.5 mile Hike from main trail head. Great view of Eugene from the top. Options to make hike longer by going to Ridgeline trail head. It is a Butte so it is uphill the whole way up but not terribly steep.
Really good wine with a great view of the vineyard/valley. No food and limited beer options(one or two on tap). Can bring your own food, plenty of tables. Mostly outdoor seating, SilvenRidge Winery is just down the road and makes for a great one, two stop for wine tasting.
Just down the hill from Sweet Cheeks. Great place to stop by if you want to do some wine tasting.
About a 80 minute drive up the McKenzie River. One of the most iconic Oregon Waterfall/pools. Hike through the forest with sounds of a running creek, climb slight grade to find crystal clear, blue waterfall. Easy 2 mile hike from trail head. You can also drive up to Sahalie Falls and hike down river to the Blue Pool if you want a longer hike.
Challenging Golf Course just outside Eugene. A round of golf ranges from 40-60 depending on mode of transportation.
Just outside Eugene is a hospital for birds of prey. Some 50 native birds and 30 native species on display.
College Campus has plethora of paths, benches and coffee shops, it covers a large area of East Eugene. Great place to walk on a nice day. While on campus you can visit the Meseum of Natural & Cultural History or the Jordan Schnitzer Museum of Art. Or nearby Hendricks park is great pace to walk with a ton of foliage and a garden,
Another great view point. Up hill hike with approximately 20 different trails to take around the aboretum or straight up to the top. Ranges from 4 mile round trip hike to up to 15 miles depending on the route you choose to go. All gravel curated trails. Watch out for Poison Oak if you go off trail!
