When should I RSVP by?

June 1st! We will send out formal invitations around March. However, please do not wait to plan your weekend with us! Reservations are booking up quickly due to the holiday weekend.

Are kids welcome?

We love your kids - but the wedding ceremony and dinner reception is strictly for the grown-ups. We want you to grab a cocktail, relax, and let loose. Babysitting options are available on resort grounds. Kids are welcome to join us for the remainder of the wedding weekend :) if you have any questions feel free to reach out!

We kindly ask that only the guests listed on your save the date and invitation attend the wedding events. We can’t wait to celebrate with our closest friends and family!

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Friday Welcome party: Casual. The wedding party may be a little dressed up, but come in whatever makes you comfortable! Saturday Wedding Ceremony & Reception: Resort Casual. What you'd typically wear to look cute at happy hour and dinner on vacation - relaxed, summery, and nice. For the ladies, think sundresses, maxi dresses, jumpsuits, or a nice skirt/pant with a cute top, wedges, sandals or dressy flats (avoid beach flip flops). For the gentlemen, think khakis, chinos, or nice shorts with a collared shirt or polo, optional blazer or sport shirt, boat shoes or loafers (no jeans or jorts). Sunday Golf Tournament: We’ll kindly ask guests to follow the Madden’s golf dress code - collared shirts, soft spikes only, no denim. Think “resort golf chic” — comfortable, polished, and ready for fun on the greens! Please note: all wedding events will be outdoors, so check the weather and dress accordingly!

How do I sign up for golf?

We are hosting a golf tournament on Sunday September 6th, Tee times are from 12:30-2:30pm. There is a separate RSVP located in the RSVP section on this website. We currently have 52 spots saved and RSVP should be done as early as possible but close 30 days prior to the wedding (August 6th). You DO NOT have to be a guest to participate. Cost for 18 holes is $79/w cart and $61 walking. (For guests it is $64 /w cart and $41 walking) check Maddens website for more details :)
