Do we need to RSVP?

Answer

YES! Please RSVP before July 30th so we can plan accordingly - we're so excited for the opportunity to spend time with everyone. If you do not RSVP we will assume you are not coming.

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

Due to limited space, if a plus one was not specified on your invitation, we are unable to accommodate any extras. We are extremely excited to spend the day with those closest to us!

What time should we arrive on the wedding day?

Answer

We will be shuttling guests from the parking area to the ceremony site, so please arrive by 4:35pm to ensure everyone makes it on to the shuttle.

Are there Ubers, Taxis, Lyfts available in the area?

Answer

Don't count on it! On the off chance you may get lucky, but it's doubtful. We HIGHLY encourage guests to stay at Creekside Lodge & Cabins to utilize the shuttle that we have provided.

Where should we stay?

Answer

Creekside Lodge & Cabins is our recommendation for lodging and rv spots. We also have reserved a hotel block at the Hampton Inn Prescott Valley. The GreenTree Inn in Prescott Valley is a great option as well. Booking information can be found on the "Travel" page.

What is the weather like?

Answer

September at the ranch is typically sunny with highs of 87. With our 5pm start time, we will be on the tail end of daylight, so it should cool down quickly. All events will take place outside, so plan accordingly - sunglasses, light jacket, maybe even sunscreen!

Are children welcome?

Answer

Absolutely! All of you are important to us and so are your kiddos! However, if you'd like to use our wedding as an excuse for a getaway weekend for the two of you, we fully support it. Please keep in mind, all children 3 and under will have to sit on a parents lap during the ceremony and dinner - we will have a little kids corner to keep them entertained as well. Please RSVP for your children if you plan on having them attend!
