Are my kids invited?

Answer

Leave the Littles! While we adore your children, our venue simply does not have the room for all the little ones. Please make it a date night...on us! We can’t wait to celebrate with you!

Why didn't I get a plus one?

Answer

We know you can handle flying solo! Our other single friends are fun, get excited to meet new people :)

What time should I arrive?

Answer

The ceremony starts at 4:30 sharp. You may arrive as early as 4pm.

Will the ceremony and reception be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Our intention is to have the 30 min ceremony outdoors (weather permitting). The cocktail hour will take place under a covered and heated patio. The reception will be indoors.

What will the weather be like?

Answer

Some Octobers it snows in Buffalo, and others it’s 70 and sunny. While we hope for the latter, be prepared for anything.

Where should guests park? Is parking free?

Answer

The Sterling has its own free parking lot for guests. There will be plenty of room! We will also be providing shuttles from our selected hotel to and from the venue.

Question

Is transportation to and from the venue provided?

Answer

Yes! There will be a shuttle outside of the Courtyard Marriott in Marriott Village. Shuttles will leave at 3:30 to the venue. Shuttles home after the wedding will be staggered. The first shuttle will leave at 9pm to go back to Marriott Village. The second will leave at 10pm, and the final one at 11pm.
