We are so excited to celebrate with you!

Cody and I met at the infamous "White Trash Bash" at the Cowboy Saloon (Laramie, WY) in March of 2018. Cody was months away from finishing his degree at the University of Wyoming while I was about to start my Doctorate of Physical therapy in Denver. Thankfully we had good friends that convinced us to go out this night. My friends (and bridesmaids) Teara Leibee and Hannah Pfister were my partners in crime for the evening and Cody was convinced to go to this event by his then roommate and friend (also a groomsman) Tye Brown. The Coors Light and Crown Royal consumed that night may blur the details, but even after giving Cody a fake name and accidentally giving him the wrong number, he still managed to contact me and ask me out on a date. Cody was living in Laramie and I lived in Denver and even though it sounds corny, we both knew from our first date that we each had met someone special. I won't bore you with all the details of the past four years, but we dated for almost three years before Cody proposed and are now happily living in Gillette, Wyoming with our two adorable dogs, Waffles & Fry.

We were nearing our third anniversary together when Cody surprised me with an important question on Easter Sunday of 2021. We were at the TA Guest Ranch in Buffalo, WY enjoying Easter brunch with some of my family when Cody asked me to marry him. He proposed with the most beautiful ring after our meal that morning. I posted pictures in the photo section because a picture really is worth a thousand words and moments like this are hard to properly describe. The proposal was absolutely perfect in every single way and saying yes to marrying Cody has been the easiest decision of my life.
