We first met in high school, where we knew each other but never dated. Our story really took off in college when she joined my chemistry class a little late, and we started spending more time together. Study sessions soon turned into meals, hangouts, and long walks. After one of those walks along Blackwater Creek Trail, I asked her to be my girlfriend. Years later, we got engaged the same way we started dating: on a walk, enjoying the simple moments together that have always meant so much to us.
