Cotton Creek Barn
Our venue is not located IN Lubbock, but right outside. The address to the venue can be confusing. The physical address places the venue in Tahoka, but is really right in New Home. If you're ubering or following a GPS, you'll be just fine! In case you still need a little more information, these directions are straight from the Cotton Creek Barn website. Just 14 Miles South of Lubbock off of Slide Road. Head South from 98th St. & Slide Road – 14 Miles Turn West (Right) onto FM 211 at New Home’s 4-Way Stop.- 1 Mile Cotton Creek Barn is located on the South side of the road (left side).

This is the airport in Lubbock, TX. We chose this area so it would be an easy place to fly in and out of for friends and family traveling from out of state!

The link attached is a direct booking link for the weekend! Guests are able to book online with the direct booking link or by phone with our reservations office by calling 806.776.7000. When you call/go to the website, you need to give them the name: Hollingsworth Dixon Wedding for the dates of November 10th-12th From the Hotel: Guests will need to provide a credit card to book their reservation. Nothing is charged to this card unless they no show and forget to cancel their reservation by 6pm one day prior to their stay in the event they need to cancel. Please note: Guests will be asked at check in to provide their ID and a credit card to cover their room, tax and incidental charges. The Overton charges a $50.00 incidental hold per night of each guests stay, per room. For guest covering more than one room for multiple nights these charges add up! The hold is released at checkout with final billing as long as no incidental charges were made to the room number. Examples of incidental charges that can be made to the guests room number would be: valet parking fees, room service, bar tabs, gift shop purchases, restaurant meal charges for breakfast, lunch or dinner, in room internet upgrades, movie purchases, amenity deliveries, etc. The block cutoff date is October 27th , this is the last day guests will be able to book in the block at the groups discounted rate. After this date, guests can still book accommodations with the hotel at the daily rates based on hotels availability.

If you are planning on booking an AirBnb or Vrbo, we suggest booking in Lubbock. Tahoka is a quick 20 minute drive from Lubbock and Uber is always a great option! Book early, Texas Tech is located in Lubbock and tends to fill up quick with football games going on during the weekend. We want to make sure everyone has a great experience for our big day!
