What Time Should Guests Arrive?

Answer

For those attending the Ceremony, please arrive at Bailey Farms by 3:30 PM. For those attending the Reception only, please arrive at or after 5 PM.

Is there on-site parking for the ceremony and reception?

Answer

There will be parking available at Bailey Farm. There is overflow parking on the lower side of the barn. Signs will be posted as well as staff to help direct parking. Parking will be compact, so please plan on carpooling with other guests if possible.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Yes, children are welcome to attend both the Ceremony and Reception at our wedding celebration! If you plan to bring your children, please specify in your RSVP how many and which children will be attending.

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

To ensure we can accommodate all our beloved guests, only those explicitly named on your invitation are included. Thank you for understanding!

What should I expect on the wedding day?

Answer

We will have a roughly 30 minute outdoor ceremony followed by a reception located inside the lower barn near the entrance. Dinner will be served in the evening buffet style, followed by speeches from friends and family. Afterwards, the couple will cut their cake, and desserts will be available to guests. There will be a special first dance performance, a daddy/daughter dance, and a mother/son dance following the cake cutting. Then the dance floor will open to all for the rest of the night!

Do I need to stay for the duration of the wedding celebration?

Answer

Guests should feel free to come and go as they please throughout the wedding celebration. We know weddings can be long, but we would love to have you there to celebrate our special day for however long you can attend! We ask that if you plan to attend the ceremony, please arrive early and plan to stay for the duration of the ceremony. Guests that are unable to attend the ceremony are more than welcome to arrive after the ceremony has ended during the reception and leave before all festivities have ended.

Can I take pictures during the ceremony?

Answer

There will be a short time designated for guests to take pictures during the ceremony. Otherwise, please refrain from using your phones during the ceremony. We encourage you to take photos following the ceremony during the reception and to share them on social media. Feel free to tag us so we can see all your wonderful pictures!

Will there be alcohol?

Answer

Alcoholic beverages will be available later in the evening when the dance floor opens around 7pm; we will be offering a small variety of Beer and Wine. There will also be a variety of alcohol-free beverages available to all guests throughout the reception, such as a Dirty Soda Bar!

Do you have a wedding registry?

Answer

Yes, we are registered on Amazon under Sydney Williams and Brock Gillis. Since many of you know that we will be moving around for the first years of our marriage, we kindly request physical gifts be those specified on our registry or donations to our Honeymoon Fund would be greatly appreciated!
