Hyatt Place Park City

Hi everyone! If you previously booked at The Peaks Hotel, you should have already been contacted. The Peaks Hotel informed us 3 weeks before the wedding that due to a pipe burst they are not able to open for the month of October. This has been a stressful event to manage, but with the help of MasseyTravel we have been able to secure the same rate of $149/night at the Hyatt Place Park City Hotel. All existing room reservations at the Peaks previously have been crossed over to the Hyatt Place or confirmed by the bride. More information on refunds from the Peaks Hotel should be coming very soon! For the Hyatt Place Hotel reservation please text (985)-778-8382 with your name, total guest staying, and dates of check in/out. Your room will be reserved and you should arrive with your ID and a form of payment for the room. We understand this is very unfortunate and confusing! The Lavigne Family is on it as best they can! If booking, please use the link by pressing "View" to access our room block or please let the hostess know you are with the Lavigne/Guhl Wedding Party when calling!! The Pendry Hotel offers a suite style stay with a kitchen and dining room + other amenities.

Shuttle

Friday Shuttle Service

October 3, 2025 7:45 pm - 11:00 pm

A shuttle will be running from The Hyatt Place and The Pendry Hotel at 7:45pm for drop off at the Spur Bar on Main Street for the Welcome Party. The Shuttle will resume service at 10:30pm and run till 11:00pm to bring guest home to their designated Hotels. External sites of lodging will not be in service with the Shuttle Schedule.

Wedding Day Shuttle Service

October 4, 2025 1:30 pm - 10:15 pm

The shuttle service will run starting a 1:00pm for guest at the designated hotels to be brought to the church. Afterwards, the shuttles will transport guest to the Park Meadows Country Club for our extended cocktail hour. Shuttles will be running after 9pm-11pm to take guests back to the hotels.
