Keeping you safe and healthy is a responsibility we do not take lightly. We have reduced our guest list substantially to create a more intimate gathering that allows for social distancing. We estimate that about 50% of our guests will have been vaccinated against COVID19 prior to the event. Weather permitting, the entire event will be held outdoors. Despite the recent rollback of Texas regulations, masks will be provided, and guests will be asked to wear a mask when not eating or drinking. Hand sanitizing will be widely available during the evening. Venue staff will be masked and will be hand washing frequently. Risk reducing seating assignments will be made. Adjustments have been made to the set up and flow of the evening to keep you as safe as possible.
Thank you in advance for helping us make this event as safe as possible! Above all else, we politely ask that you do not attend if you are feeling unwell or if you have been exposed to someone with COVID19 in the 2 weeks before the wedding. If you are given the opportunity to receive the COVID19 vaccine prior to attending, we absolutely recommend it. Brandon and Sydney are both fully vaccinated and we hope you will be soon too! If you are able, quarantining 2 weeks prior to the event would be a great idea. If quarantining is not possible for you, we ask that you adhere to social distancing guidelines leading up to the event (mask wearing, hand washing, avoiding indoor gatherings, etc). If available to you, obtaining coronavirus testing prior to the event is recommended. Finally, we ask that you wear your mask covering your mouth and nose when not eating or drinking at our wedding. Thank you for doing your part to keep everyone comfortable and safe!
Children are still invited, however we ask that all guests, including children, be able to wear a mask when appropriate for the whole evening. Please keep this request in mind when deciding whether or not your child should attend.
