Coach Buses from Each Hotel to Venue

4:30pm - Coach buses will depart from each hotel to take guests to the ceremony and reception at Hempstead House (The Roslyn, Tapestry Collection by Hilton; Hilton Garden Inn Roslyn; Holiday Inn Express : Roslyn - Long Island.) There will only be one trip to the venue to make sure to be on time! 10:00pm - Coach buses will make their first trip departing from The Hempstead House to take guests to their hotel (The Roslyn, Tapestry Collection by Hilton; Hilton Garden Inn Roslyn; Holiday Inn Express : Roslyn - Long Island) 11:00pm - Coach buses will depart from The Hempstead House to take guests to their hotel (The Roslyn, Tapestry Collection by Hilton; Hilton Garden Inn Roslyn; Holiday Inn Express : Roslyn - Long Island) While there will be shuttle service, and there are plenty of Ubers on Long Island, if you would like to explore we recommend renting a car!

Flight

LaGuardia or JFK Airport

LaGuardia and JFK are equidistant from the three hotels. The trip from either airport to the hotels can be anywhere between 25 minutes to an hour depending on traffic. If you are planning to travel on Friday the ninth, we recommended booking a flight that lands before noon, or in the late evening to avoid the lovely (read incredibly frustrating) Long Island traffic. Although Newark airport services NYC we DO NOT recommend flying into Newark. Landing at Newark will force you to drive through the city to Long Island, adding another hour onto your trip.
