When should I book my hotel and my flight?
Answer
Please book rooms at the resort using our website link found on our ‘Book your Travel’ page before November 1, 2025. Flights should be booked personally or through our travel agent- if need assistance. Please turn in flight information to our travel agent by February 15, 2026!

How do I book my room?
Answer
To take advantage of our special room rate, please be sure to book your stay through our dedicated booking link. We recommend reserving a room as early as possible to ensure availability. Please visit the 'Book Your Travel' page to reserve your room.

Do you need a passport prior to booking your room?
Answer
You DO NOT need to wait until you get a passport to book your rooms. All you have to do is just enter your name how you will apply for the passport when booking. Legal first and last name, and birthdates.

What if I can't make it?
Answer
We completely understand that work and life can make destination weddings difficult to attend. Please RSVP 'no' at your earliest convenience so we can plan accordingly on the 'RSVP' page.

Where should I stay?
Answer
We kindly ask that all of our guests stay at Secrets Playa Mujeres (adults side)— through the booking link, where all wedding events will take place. We've thoughtfully selected the resort to ensure a wonderful experience for everyone and have partnered with them properly to secure the best possible all-inclusive group rate. That means your nightly rate covers all the tacos, margaritas, and poolside snacks you're craving–no surprise bills, just all-inclusive fun!

Can I bring a "plus one"?

Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate additional guests outside of predetermined plus ones. If your partner is invited, their name will be included on your save the date and your formal invitation.

Are children welcome?

Our wedding events/resort in Cancun is ADULTS-ONLY. We respectfully request no children under the age of 18 and none that aren’t listed under your invitation & rsvp.

Is there a dress code?
Answer
Yes, we're excited to see our family dressed up for the celebration. Please visit the 'Dress Code" tab for guidance and inspiration for our wedding events. On our wedding day, we kindly ask that guests dress in elevated cocktail attire and avoid the color white.
