A shuttle will run from each hotel to the venue for a 4 pm arrival. Please note the times below are when shuttles are LEAVING the hotels, be prompt. Shuttles leaving from the following locations have differing times, please be aware: Fairfield Inn: leaving at 3:30 (then pickup at Marriot) Courtyard Marriot: leaving at 3:40 (then pick-up at Doubletree) Double Tree: 3 buses will leave at 3:45 Shuttles will pick up guests from the venu and return back to all hotels at 10:15. Anyone wishing to go to the after party, please take one of the 2 shuttles back to the Doubletree to walk over.
