The ceremony begins at 4:00 PM. We recommend arriving about 30 minutes early so you’ll have plenty of time to grab a welcome champagne and get settled before we say “I do.”
Please wear smart casual or semi-formal attire.
During the ceremony, we kindly ask that you put phones and cameras away so everyone can be fully present as we say “I do.” During the reception, take as many photos as you like!

We’ll begin with welcome champagne as we say “I do.” During cocktail hour, enjoy finger foods like bacon-wrapped dates, brie charcuterie (with gluten-free crackers available), and jalapeño poppers. Dinner will be buffet style, featuring steak, roasted asparagus, Brussels sprouts, potatoes, and dinner rolls (with a gluten-free option available). Beverages will include red and white wine, lemonade, sweet tea, and coffee. For dessert, there will be cake and cheesecake, plus cupcakes, cookies, brownies, and fruit-topped treats. Drinks throughout the evening will include canned vodka and tequila seltzers, an assortment of beers, water, and lemonade.
Both the ceremony and reception will be held at the groom’s family home in Buena Vista, Colorado. We’ll gather outdoors in the backyard with beautiful views of the Collegiate Peaks, and then move to the family’s barn on the property for dinner and dancing.
Yes! There will be clearly marked signs to direct you to guest parking upon arrival.
Denver International Airport (DIA) is the best option for most guests and is about a 2.5–3 hour drive to Buena Vista. There are smaller regional airports closer by (like Aspen and Gunnison) but flight options may be limited. Hotels and Airbnb's are available in Buena Vista and nearby towns.
