In order to receive the 15% Discount at Hyatt Regency Rochester, guests may enter the Code 73205 when booking online or by asking for the HRR Wedding Discount (code: HRRWE) rate when speaking to a reservations agent. Reservations may be made only based on availability and rooms are not being held at this time. HOTEL POLICIES AND PROCEDURES • The Hotel does not guarantee specific room, bed, or suite types. Rooms are assigned to guests upon check-in. • There is a 48-hour cancellation policy for room reservations made under this code. • The Hotel's check-in time is 3:00pm or later based on availability. Early check-in will be provided based on availability. The Hotel's checkout time is 11:00am. Late checkout is provided based on availability through authorization from the Front Desk.
