Whatever date works best for you. We will be arriving in Orlando on Friday, June 5th. We are having a small welcome gathering for everyone staying at our hotel on Saturday morning, so please share your travel plans with us so we can keep you updated.
Please arrive at the venue at 5:00 PM. The ceremony will begin at 5:30, and guests will not be let in after the ceremony starts.
The ceremony will be immediately followed by a cocktail hour, with an open bar and hors d'oeuvres. Dinner will take place during the reception shortly after.
We have informed the venue of a set amount of people. If your invitation does not explicitly include a plus one, then please do not bring one.
Our wedding will not be catered to kids, and with the exception of a few family members we ask no children be present.
Yes, an open bar will be available all night. Please remember to tip your bartenders and ensure a safe return home.
Unfortunately no. The venue is 10 minutes from the Crowne Plaza Downtown and there is ample parking at the venue. We highly encourage our guests to carpool, and use rideshare services if desired. The rideshare price is approximately $15 - $20 each way. Our venue has also confirmed it's okay for guests to leave cars parked overnight.
