WE ARE FINALLY DOING IT! Third time's a charm! Set your calendars to finally celebrate this Wedding ONDA Way - September 18th, 2021! We still decided to move forward with an intimate ceremony in 2020 with our immediate family - we just couldn't wait any longer to be married to each other <3 We may already be Mr. and Mrs. in September, but we can't wait to celebrate properly with all of our people!

We met on the swim team in high school! Matthew was a beast at butterfly & Syd was a backstroker. We both ended up in Lane 6 during swim practice - a couple hours of pushing through an all-butterfly workout together and we became besties. We spent the summer of 2010 talking non-stop...our sincerest apologies to all of our family and friends that dealt with us on our phones 24/7 that year. And finally at the beginning of the new school year at Saugus High, Matthew asked Syd to be his girlfriend. In true inpatient fashion, Syd said "finallyyyy!" It's been love ever since <3

Every winter we take a trip to Mammoth with some of our besties! Our 2019 trip was a little different...and not just because California actually got real snow that year! One morning, we decided to explore outside of our cabin a little bit and found a fun sled run. After playing [freezing] for awhile, it started snowing & we all "coincidentally" decided to take some pictures in front of the prettiest background - Matthew & Syd were up first! We were taking pictures & before ya know it, Matthew got down on one knee, LOTS of tears were shed, a kiss happened, champagne was popped and we were ENGAGED!
