What's the wedding itinerary?

Answer

Our wedding will take place at Quiet Meadow Farms on October 25, 2025. We encourage you to arrive by 4 pm. The ceremony will begin around 4:30, followed by cocktail hour and the reception, which is anticipated to wrap around 9:30.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Our dress code is black-tie optional. We ask that you wear a tuxedo or suit. Alternatively, an evening gown or a cocktail dress would be appropriate. I also highly recommend bringing a jacket to keep you warm on a fall October evening.

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

Unfortunately we can only accommodate explicitly named guests on the invitation. We appreciate your understanding and are excited to celebrate with you!

Are kids welcome?

Answer

While we love kids, we’ve decided to have only children that are invited on the invitation. Thank you for making arrangements.

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

There will be an open bar for guests to enjoy throughout cocktail hour and the reception.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes, there is a big parking lot for just our wedding. The venue has private parking. Please arrive on time to secure parking. We encourage you to arrange transportation if you plan on drinking. We want everyone to be safe!

Will your wedding be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Our afternoon ceremony will be outdoors on the grass. Cocktail hour and the reception will take place indoor/outdoor withe dance floor being outside the barn. Guests will need to walk on the grass for ceremony. For that reason, stiletto or otherwise-thin heels are not recommended.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

Yes, we have reserved blocks of rooms at Microtel. When booking, mention our wedding for a discount. The link for the hotel is our this website under the tab "Travel."

What's the best airport to use?

Answer

If you are joining us from out of town, it is easier to fly into the Salt Lake City airport. From there, I would recommend booking at the hotel on the "travel" tab.

Can I post wedding photos on social media?

Answer

Please respect our privacy and don't share photos of our wedding on social media, as we'd like to make a formal wedding announcement with our professional images.
