Can I bring a date?

Answer

If a “plus one” was listed when you RSVP’d on the Zola website then yes. We are so blessed to have such big families, but this also means our guest list filled up quickly. As much as we would love for everyone to bring a friend to celebrate with us, we simply cannot accommodate more than we have already invited. Thanks for understanding!

What are the venue spaces like?

Answer

We are blessed to be being married in St. Mary’s Catholic Church. The wedding ceremony will take place entirely indoors. Our wedding reception will be taking place entirely outdoors. This venue is actually on the same lot as the owner’s home. We ask that everyone be respectful and stay away from the Kelly’s private residence during the reception. Also please be aware, there is a pond on site. While we are welcoming some children on our guest list, please be aware of this as it could be a hazard to the littles if they are not watched closely. Similarly, adults are also prohibited from crossing the boundary of the roped off fence. (No swimming please lol) The tent will sit over a gravel pad and the rest of the space is lush grass. Please wear appropriate shoes! Other than those few points, we have free range of the property! Please take a stroll around the pond, and take pictures under the tunnel of lights. We chose this venue for the extra space and walking room it will allow, use it!

Other things to consider…

1.) Please silence/turn off your cellphones/tablets when entering the church. We will be requesting an unplugged ceremony! Our good friends and amazing photographers Liz and Richard Kipfer will be photographing the ceremony. We’ve paid them to work all day, so you all can take the day off. Please be present during our ceremony in a show of respect for not only us, but the church as well. 2.) Please only enter and exit the church through the main doors on Church street. 3.) There will be no shots allowed at the reception. This is out of our hands and rule set in place by the venue! 4.) Absolutely NO SMOKING will be prohibited on site for either venue. 5.) Have fun!! We are so excited to have all of our favorite people together to celebrate us and the start of what will be a wonderful life and marriage.
