FAQs

Question

Is there a room block?

Answer

Yes! The Wythe Hotel is available for guests to stay, with a 2-night minimum required for the nights of September 11-13. Details on how to book are listed on the "Accomodations" tab.

Question

Is there a ceremony, or just the reception celebration?

Answer

There will not be a traditional ceremony; we are getting married at the New York City Courthouse on May 22, 2026! Our September 12th celebration is our wedding party. The evening will include an exchange of rings, speeches, and plenty of celebrating. Come ready to party!

Question

What is the dress code?

Answer

Formal attire - think a night out in NYC.

Question

Is this indoors, outdoors, or both?

Answer

The celebration will take place both indoors and outdoors, so we recommend bringing a light shawl or jacket if you tend to run on the chilly side.

Question

What time should guests arrive?

Answer

We plan to kick the wedding celebration off at 8PM! The evening will flow into cocktails, speeches, and an exchange of rings, so we ask that you arrive right when the party starts.

Question

What if I have additional questions?

Answer

We encourage you to read through the rest of our FAQs. If you still have questions, you may reach out to our wedding planner, Madeline, at events@linaroseevents.com

Question

Is there parking on site or nearby?

Answer

Street parking is limited in Williamsburg, we strongly recommend rideshare.

Question

What subway/transit options are there?

Answer

Take the L train to Bedford Ave (10-min walk) or the G train to Nassau Ave (10-min walk).

Question

Is it a seated dinner or something more casual?

Answer

Think cocktail party meets wedding celebration! The evening will feature generously passed appetizers, speeches, an exchange of rings, and lots of dancing. No assigned seats, just good food, great company, and plenty of room to move!

Question

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

Plus-ones are noted on your invitation. If you have questions, don't hesitate to reach out to us directly!

Question

Can I bring a gift to the venue, or is that discouraged?

Answer

Joining us to celebrate is the greatest gift you could give us! We do have a honeymoon fund linked on our website if you'd like to contribute. A card box will also be available at the venue if you'd like to bring a card.

Question

Do you have a registry?

Answer

In lieu of traditional gifts, we have a honeymoon fund! Please see the Registry tab. That said, your presence is truly the greatest gift.

Question

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Although we love kids, our celebration will be an adult-only affair.
