When should I RSVP by?

What is the dress code?

Answer

We want you to be comfortable and feel your best. The dress code is dressy casual. While all of the events will be held inside, it is still summer in Ohio. The Knot defines dressy casual as "a dress code that calls for special event clothing that's trendy, relaxed, and comfortable".

Can I bring a guest/date?

Answer

To ensure we can accommodate all guests comfortably and maintain our original guest count, we ask that only invited guests attend our wedding festivities. You'll find the details about your party size, including whether it includes a plus one, on your invitation. We truly appreciate your understanding and can't wait to celebrate with you!

Are children allowed at the wedding?

We have chosen to make our special day an adults-only celebration to ensure all guests can fully immerse themselves in the joy of the occasion. We hope this advance notice means you are still able to join us for our big day! Your understanding means the world to us, and we can't wait to celebrate with you.

Where do I park?

Answer

Cherry Valley has free on-site parking. There is a large parking lot, including handicap parking, right in front of the venue.

What time should I arrive for the ceremony?

Answer

Please arrive at Cherry Valley, the Woodhull room, between 5:00 p.m. and 5:15 p.m. to allow ample time for parking and getting seated before the procession begins at 5:30 p.m.

Is there transportation to the reception?

Answer

No need! The ceremony, cocktail hour, reception, and hotel rooms (if you are planning on utilizing the room block) are all in the same space.

Will the wedding be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony and reception will be indoors. Cocktail hour will be indoors with the option to spend time on the outside patio.
