What precautions for COVID-19 will be taken?

Answer

Zota, will be taking necessary precautions to ensure a safe and joyous event. Masks and sanitization stations will be provided throughout the event and social distancing is recommended. If you feel uncomfortable attending we certainly appreciate your concerns and respect your wishes. Weather permitting the ceremony and cocktail hour will take place outside and reception in a large ballroom with tables socially distanced. Should you feel unwell or are experiencing COVID-19 symptoms, please stay home. We will be live streaming the ceremony for those unable to attend and will share the link as the date approaches closer.

We are excepting replies via mail and via this website. We do request your reply and any special requests by March 1, 2021.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Beach Formal -We are having an elegant beach wedding but do please dress for the elements. Anything you would wear to a nice restaurant on a summer night is appropriate. Please no shorts or denim.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes on-site valet parking is provided at the Zota. Please tell valet you are a guest of the Webb/ Johnson wedding.

Answer

Cocktail Hour Passed Hor d'Oeuvres will be served The Zota Salad Romaine Lettuce, Heirloom Tomatoes, English Cucumbers, Hard-Boiled Egg, Candied Pecans, Dried Cranberries, Pecorino Cheese with a choice of Lemon Vinagrette or Balsamic Vinagrette Entree Duet Plate of Petite Grilled Filet Mignon, Port Jus Demi & Crab Stuffed Snapper with a Citrus Buerre Blanc Brocolini Roasted Potatoes Children's Menu Chicken Tenders Traditional Wedding Cake for Dessert

Yes, we are having a kid friendly wedding. Please note how many and ages on reply.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please arrive 15-30 minutes prior to ceremony to allow time for parking and to be escorted to ceremony site.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

We do have a block of rooms at the Zota available please request rooms for Webb/ Johnson wedding.

Where is the action taking place?

Answer

The entire event is being held onsite at Zota Beach Resort 4711 Gulf of Mexico Drive Longboat Key, FL. 34228 The ceremony, Mother Nature permitting, will be held outdoors on the North Beach. Cocktail hour will be on the Viento Terrace. The reception will be in the Zara Zota Ballroom.
