We’re getting married!

We met in high school and barely talked until one day a mutual friend forced us into a group project together. Once we started talking to each other we realized we had another class in common. We started talking more often and eventually exchanged numbers and social media information. It wasn't long before we got close. We finished high school together in 2013 and he went onto a four year college 3 hours away while I stayed in our hometown and attended ommunity college. It was tough but we made sure to talk every day and made an effort to see each other at least once a month and for holidays. During his senior year I moved to his college town where we spent all of our free time together. When he graduated he started at the police academy and we moved into our first apartment together. At firsr, living together was hard. He was working a mentally and physically draining job while i was searching for a job. When we finally got into the rhythm of things and I found a job it got a lot easier, though its still not "easy." We are now happily living in our nice apartment with our pets, Evee and Cali, and are working rewarding full time jobs. Though getting to spend time together is hard at the moment we make it work any way we can and continue to love and support each other. After getting married our next step is to buy our own home!
