Question

Do you have a hotel block for guests?

Answer

Yes! Please see the ‘Travel’ tab located on the website menu for more information about the room block. We recommend booking your stay as soon as possible!

Question

Can I bring my children?

Answer

Although we love your little ones, we are unable to accommodate all of our guests' children at the reception due to space limitations.

Can I bring a guest/date?

Answer

Due to limited space, we can only accommodate guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. If you received a plus one, it will be specified in your formal invitation. Thank you for your understanding, and please feel free to reach out with any questions!

Will the wedding be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony will be outdoors on a deck overlooking the Intercoastal. The cocktail hour and reception will take place indoors. There is a back-up plan in place for the ceremony to be indoors in case of poor weather.

What is the dress code?

Answer

We'd love to see our family and friends dressed up for our special day! Weather permitting, the ceremony will be outside. Gentlemen, dress pants or khakis with a button-down shirt (with or without a blazer) work perfectly. Ladies, we kindly ask for long, midi, or knee-length cocktail dresses. Please refrain from wearing jeans or shorts.

What time should I arrive?

Answer

Please plan to arrive around 5:15 pm to give yourself time to sign the guest book & find a seat before the ceremony begins at 5:30pm.

When does the reception end? Will there be an after party?

Answer

The reception will end at 10 pm. If you would like to continue the night, there is a hotel bar with live music and plenty of places to venture in downtown Clearwater.

Can I take pictures during the ceremony?

Answer

We are having an unplugged ceremony, which means once it begins, we kindly request that all phones be put away and silenced. We want everyone to fully immerse themselves in the moment with us, and we look forward to sharing our photographer's best captures with you. After the ceremony, feel free to take as many pictures as you'd like and please share them with us!

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

Yes! The drinks are on us, but the hangover is on you—get ready to party! For this reason, we strongly encourage you to use Uber/Lyft to and from the venue if not staying on-site. Please ensure you have a safe way to get home.
