Question

If I am staying at one of your Hotel Wedding Blocks is there a shuttle?

Answer

Yes! If you are staying at the Holiday Inn, a shuttle will arrive at 2:40pm and leave the hotel at 2:50pm. If you are standing at the Fairfield Inn, a shuttle will arrive at 3:00pm and leave the hotel at 3:10pm. Those shuttles will then arrive at the wedding venue at 3:40pm! At the end of the night, the shuttles will also take you back to your respective hotels!

I am a family member coming to the rehearsal dinner! Is there transportation?

Answer

Yes! For our family members invited to our rehearsal dinner, there is transportation available. If you meet us at the Innsbrook Aspen Center Parking lot at 5:15 pm, there will be sprinter vans to transport us to the dinner and back to your car at the end of the night! We will leave for the dinner from the Aspen Center at 5:30pm.

How do we get there?

Answer

Innsbrook is a gated community, however, when you arrive at the main gate just tell them you are there for the Hunkler-Culp Wedding and you should be let in. From there you continue to drive straight, over a lake, and will see the Aspen Center straight ahead. The guard working the gate can also provide you with directions and a map.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

There is no strict dress code! We are asking guests to dress in their favorite semi-formal attire (Tuxes and gowns are welcome, and so are suits and cocktail dresses). The wedding will be lake side and it will likely warm that day. Think classy, lake-life chic, but no need for black tie! While we all love a good pair of jeans and sneakers we ask that the wedding is more dressed up than that. All in all, wear what you feel best in!

Are kids welcome?

Answer

We truly value your presence and support. However, we've decided to limit attendance to only the children within our family. The individuals in your family who are included with your invitation should be all directly addressed on your envelope. If there is any confusion please reach out.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Absolutely! When the time comes to indicate your dinner meal please indicate your allergy and we will communicate to the caterer.
