DFW (Dallas-Fort Worth Airport)

We recommend flying into DFW airport as it is a more central location and closer to the hotel that we reserved. There is also Dallas Love-Field Airport about 30 minutes away from DFW, and the Austin airport is about a 3 hour drive to the Dallas area.

Here are multiple options for hotels that are all in close vicinity to one another. The shuttle to the wedding will be picking at one of these hotels, and this information will be posted on here in the next couple days! Each hotel has free parking so even if you do not book a room at the hotel that the shuttle is coming to, they are all within a couple minute drive of one another so you can make the short drive and park your car there! Shuttle

Wedding shuttle

April 16, 2023 3:00 pm - 11:00 pm

The shuttle will be arriving to the Aloft Hotel at 3pm on Sunday. It will depart at 3:30pm for the venue so make sure you’re on it unless you are planning to drive yourself! The shuttle will be bringing guests back to the Aloft Sunday night, leaving the venue at 11pm. There is free parking at the Aloft so if you are not staying at that hotel, you can drive over and park to ride the shuttle.

Just make sure you are at the shuttle pickup area on time to make it to the wedding!
