When do I need to RSVP by?
Answer
August 25, 2025 will be the last day to place your reservation. No reservation equals no entry.

Can I bring my kids?
Answer
While we love your little ones, our wedding will be an adults-only event so that everyone can relax and enjoy the evening. If your children were included in the invitation, please let us know in your RSVP whether they will attend. Thank you for your understanding.

Can I bring a plus one?
Answer
Unfortunately, we have a strict guest list to stay on budget. Our celebration is strictly RSVP only. We will only be able to accommodate those listed on your wedding invitation.

Is there a dress code?

Yes, our Weddings dress code will be formal black-tie attire.

What time should I arrive?
Answer
Help us get the party started as scheduled! We recommend that you arrive 30 minutes to an hour before the start of the ceremony to make sure everyone is seated on time.

What will the weather be like?
Answer
The weather in Azle during late September usually ranges from 65-85 degrees depending on the day and time. We expect clear skies with a nice summer breeze and no rain in sight. in case of rain, the ceremony will be moved to a roofed location. We recommend bringing a light jacket or sweater in case it gets chilly in the evening.

Will the ceremony and reception be indoors or outdoors?

The ceremony will be taking place in an outdoor area while the reception will be held indoors infront of cocktail area.

After parking where should I go?
Answer
After parking, a staff member will escort guest in a golfcart to the ceremony area.

Can I take photos?
Answer
“While we love that you want to capture our special moments, we kindly request an unplugged ceremony to allow everyone to be fully present and immersed in the experience. Our professional photographer will be capturing all the highlights, and we'll share the photos with you afterwards. You can however take as many pictures and videos during the reception.

While Our Venue is secluded, there are nearby hotels all within a 20-minute drive.
