San Antonio International Airport (SAT) is the closest major airport and is approximately 36 minutes from the venue. A second option is Austin-Bergstrom International Airport (AUS), which may work better depending on your departure location, and is approximately 1 hour from the wedding venue.
At this time, there are no official hotel blocks. There are many nearby hotels, Airbnbs, and VRBO options available within minutes of the venue.
Cocktail attire requested. Wear cocktail dresses, little black dresses, dressy jumpsuits, and jackets with slacks. Kindly avoid jeans, t-shirts, and overly casual attire. Please also keep in mind the venue includes gravel and grass, so stilettos or thin heels may not be the best shoe option.
The wedding festivities will include both indoor and outdoor spaces throughout the venue. The chapel and reception areas are covered, while cocktail hour will take place outdoors. February evenings in the Texas Hill Country can get chilly, so guests may want to bring a light jacket, sweater, or wrap for later in the evening. Please also keep in mind that portions of the venue include gravel, grass, and other outdoor surfaces, so plan footwear accordingly.
Our wedding color palette includes shades of deep purple, burgundy, and soft pink accents. These will be the colors worn by our bridal party.
Please refer to your invitation for the names included in your party. Due to venue capacity and planning limitations, we are unable to accommodate additional guests unless specifically listed on the invitation. This will be an adults-only celebration.
While we love your little ones, this will be an adults-only celebration. Due to venue capacity and event planning limitations, children will not be accommodated.
Guests are encouraged to arrive approximately 20–30 minutes prior to the ceremony start time.
Yes. There is a parking lot located at the entrance of the venue. Cars may be left overnight if needed, but all vehicles must be picked up and removed no later than 11:00 a.m. the following day.
Yes! For anyone wanting to stay up a little later, we’ll be gathering by the on-site firepit in front of the cottages after the reception. Feel free to hang out a bit longer, grab a drink, chat by the fire, and wind down with us at the end of the night. We’ll also have s’mores by the firepit for anyone who wants a late-night treat.
February in New Braunfels and the Texas Hill Country is typically mild and comfortable, but weather can vary throughout the day. Guests can generally expect daytime temperatures in the 60s to low 70s, with cooler mornings and evenings often in the 40s or 50s. Our wedding weekend will include both indoor and outdoor spaces, so we recommend bringing a light jacket or wrap for the evening. Comfortable shoes are also encouraged, as parts of the venue include gravel, grass, and outdoor walkways.
Yes. Uber and other rideshare services are available in the area and should be accessible to and from the venue at guests’ own expense. We also recommend checking with your hotel directly, as some nearby hotels may offer shuttle transportation services as well.
Please feel free to contact our wedding planner with any additional questions. We kindly ask that guests avoid contacting the bride and groom directly on the wedding day, as we will be busy celebrating and likely will not have our phones readily available. Thank you for understanding!
