When should I RSVP by?

Please RSVP no later than March 18th, 2026. If we do not have confirmation from you by then, we will mark you as unable to attend. We hope you can join us on our special day!

How should I address the bride and groom?

Answer

Both the bride and groom will be keeping their respective names, so continue to refer to them as Alex Collins & Alex Swingle.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

We have reserved 10* rooms per night at the Hilton Garden Inn Haymarket, VA from April 17 - 19, 2026 at a discounted rate of $169.00 per room per night plus tax. Can I bring a plus one?

Our RSVP tab will indicate if you have a plus one - once you enter your name, the plus one option will appear. We unfortunately have limited space so please do not bring a date if your invitation does not designate one - this includes little ones. To allow all guests to relax and enjoy themselves, we respectfully request no children at both the ceremony and reception.

There is ample free parking on site if you plan to drive to the venue.
