Kristen and Veronica have been inseparable since grade school. Even as life took them to different high schools, rival colleges, and now cities over 2,000 miles apart, Veronica has remained the loyal, steadfast friend she has always been. People often say they can’t imagine one without the other—and neither can we.
Best Man
Being so close in age, Dominic and Joseph grew up more like best friends than just brothers. From playing outside as kids to competing in sports to later living together at the University of Michigan, the two have shared just about every stage of life side by side.
Matron of Honor
Alise is Kristen’s wildest friend—the one who encourages her to step outside her comfort zone, try new things, and occasionally bend a few rules along the way. Their friendship is fueled by giggles, spontaneity, and a shared appreciation for a good adventure.
Groomsman
Antonio has always been someone Dominic looked up to. From lacrosse to the University of Michigan to mechanical engineering, Dominic ended up following more than a few of the paths Antonio took first. The two also had the chance to live together for a summer during college, when Dominic interned at Antonio’s company and the daily car rides to work gave them plenty of time for good conversations, and in recent years, they’ve added golf to the long list of things they enjoy together.
Bridesmaid
Allie had the pleasure of living with Kristen, and the two are known for their marathon conversations, analyzing topics (especially boys) from all possible angles. Loyal, kind, and unfailingly patient, Allie tolerated Kristen’s habit of leaving stray socks around the house with admirable grace.
Groomsman
Dominic and Vincenzo have bonded over many of the same interests for years. Both played lacrosse, both went to Michigan, and both studied mechanical engineering, so there has never been a shortage of things for them to connect over. Some of their best time together has come from working side by side on projects around the house and farm.
Bridesmaid
Jaclyn is a loyal friend and an exceptional listener. Some of Kristen’s favorite memories with her include attending Silver Bells at the Capitol and dancing at Lansing's Old Town Blues Festival.
Groomsman
Despite being six years younger, Angelo never had much interest in acting like the little brother. He was always ready to jump into a game with Dominic and the older brothers, whether it was basketball in the driveway or lacrosse in the yard, even when he was much smaller than everyone else. Somewhere along the way, Angelo became the tallest one, and those old games got a lot less one-sided.
Bridesmaid
Growing up just two years apart, Dominic and Maria shared the rare experience of going to both high school and college together. Some of Dominic’s favorite memories with her include helping around the barn with the horses she has always loved and cheering her on at basketball and lacrosse games over the years. Maria has always been a big part of some of Dominic’s favorite memories growing up.
Groomsman
As the youngest of the siblings, Alfonso has given Dominic the unique experience of getting to watch a brother grow up from the very beginning. The two share a love of fantasy books, board games, history, Star Wars lore, and computer games, conversations that have been known to go on a little longer than planned. These days, Alfonso is more than holding his own with the older brothers, especially in soccer and lacrosse.
Bridesmaid
Madilyn has been a steadfast friend in Kristen’s life. From elementary school bus conversations to their years together at Michigan State University and beyond, they have shared countless sleepovers, "Just Dance" competitions, pool parties, and many happy memories together.
Groomsman
Dominic and Joe became close friends junior year of high school, thanks in part to nearby lockers and a schedule full of the same classes. Their friendship continued through college at the University of Michigan and includes many great memories from both everyday life and bigger moments along the way. One of the most meaningful was taking a mission trip to Mexico City together.
Bridesmaid
Kristen has always cherished her late-night conversations with Emily, a friendship that began in elementary school when their teacher moved their desks far apart in an attempt to curb their talking—without success.
Groomsman
Dominic and Eric have been close friends since freshman year of high school. From taking many of the same classes to later studying engineering together in college, the two spent plenty of late nights working through projects, homework, and everything in between. In more recent years, Eric has also helped Dominic get more into golf, and the two have enjoyed many summer rounds together, along with plenty of Michigan basketball talk.
