Maid of Honor
Brittany and I met through a mutual friend at Campbell. We bonded over our time at Animazement, an anime convention, and cosplaying. Brittany is one of the biggest reasons I am who I am today. She is the reason I started going to therapy, and she's my go-to person for advice, mental health checks, concerts/events to go to, everything. I don't know where I'd be without her, and I am so thankful to be able to call her my dear friend and Maid of Honor. Love you girl!
Best Man
My older brother. Mike and I have had our ups and downs through our lives, but we always have each other's backs. We now talk almost every day and regularly hangout and play games together. Older br0ther has played such a pivotal role in who I am (regularly being the one who got in trouble so I could see how NOT to get in trouble, thanks!). But, jokes aside, I can't imagine anything better. Growing up, we always had each other, even if I annoyed him a bit. From playing games, beating each other with bamboo sticks we found while playing in the neighborhood, or just laughing and telling stories, many of my best memories involve him. I remember telling Mike about Stephanie and being so excited when we first started dating (still very much surprised she puts up with me). I'm so thankful I have Mike in my life as a nonstop pillar of support to always help me, and I'm glad that he can be my best man on the most important day of my life. I expect an embarrassing best man speech for him and Stephanie to tease me about for the rest of our lives.
Bridesmaid
Emi was a student of mine at Campbell when I was a Teacher's Assistant for Analytical Lab. My first impression was that she was studious and had the neatest lab notebooks ever. Our paths crossed again when I started working at Novo Nordisk, and she's on the same team as me (she's sitting next to me right now as I type this, actually). Little did we know, we just clicked so strongly. Our personalities are near-identical, and we just got along so quickly. I am so incredibly glad that I got to know Emily to the extent that I have, and she brings so much joy every day that I see her. You and your long hair are going to look beautiful as my bridesmaid!
Groomsman
Kevin and I met through the Army. We were stationed together in Ft. Bragg; and, me being the new private at the time, he taught me so much and helped me grow as a person. I was originally a runner, but we bonded through weightlifting. He mentored me both physically and mentally. He was always there for me whenever I needed anything and always motivated me to better myself. I'm so thankful for everything he did for me. I always remember randomly coming back from work while he was transitioning out of the Army and he would just be sitting in my room playing games. He always had such a great sense of humor and constantly brought up my morale. Through the good and bad, he has been by my side and he was one of the first people I talked to about Stephanie. I can't imagine Kevin not being their with me on my most important day.

Kelly was one of the residents I had when I started my first year as a Resident Assistant. She was really engaged on campus and attended a lot of my hall programs, so we got to spend a lot of time together. Kelly was actually there at my graduation party and watched Zachery and me fall in love before we even knew it. She has been my anchor when I'm stressed about life, and we have also had some crazy, wild nights together (ahem, New Year's 2020)!! Kelly's just the brightest ray of sunshine and is one of the funniest people I know. She's been a part of my life for so long and has seen me grow through the years, that I can't imagine her fabulous self not being there on the big day!
Groomsman
I met Garrett through mutual friends who played Magic: The Gathering. We weren't the closest at first, until I was stationed in Afghanistan. During that time, he and his now-wife, Kimberly, would send me gift packages (ALL THE MANGOS) and contact me regularly, especially pictures of their two corgis, Edison and Lupin (Lupin best boy). Over the years, we talked every chance we could, even after my time in the Army. When I returned, I moved in and lived with them after I finished my enlistment in the Army and during the early times of Steph's and my relationship. Stephanie and I still regularly spend time with them to this day, and we all share pictures of our fur children almost daily. I'm proud to call Garrett my best friend, and I can't imagine not having him by my side on our big day.
