Cotija's Taco Shop

A beautiful location with good food and drinks. The headquarters of Stone Brewery!

Stone Brewing World Bistro & Gardens - Escondido

GIANT apple pancakes! First come seating so may be a bit of a wait but the food is great. We went here the morning after getting engaged.

Richard Walker's Pancake House

A really great place with a full ocean view. Definitely make a reservation in advance! They have a great happy hour menu for food.

Monarch Ocean Pub

Definitely a more high-scale restaurant, but it is right on the beach and great for drinks. Street parking only.

Jake's Del Mar

Tons of museums, great architecture, and gardens. A true San Diego staple! They have a restaurant here called the Prado that we have heard good things about.
