Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

Yes! The Fairfield Inn and Suites works with Mankin Mansion to provide shuttle service. Please see the “travel” page for additional details.

Question

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes! There is a parking lot at the venue. If needed, guests may leave their car overnight, you just have to pick it up by 10 am the following morning.

Are kids welcome?

Children of immediate family only please. If you have a question or concern please reach out to the bride or groom.

Can we take photos?

Answer

We invite you to be fully present with us during our unplugged ceremony, so please turn off and put away all phones and cameras as we have asked a professional photographer to capture this special moment. You are more than welcome to take photos after the ceremony.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Yes, if your invitation is addressed to you and “guest”. Otherwise, only the person(s) specifically addressed on the invitation may attend.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Semi-formal attire is suggested but not required. Attire Suggestion: The property was originally built in 1924, most of the walk-ways are brick and can be a little uneven in places. You may want to take this into consideration when deciding on footwear.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Please do! It is important that you reach out to us before Friday, September 16th, so we can contact our caterer. We will do our best to accommodate your needs.
