The Mehndi ceremony, or Henna ceremony, is a traditional pre-wedding Indian ritual during which henna is applied to the bride’s hands and feet prior to the wedding day. It is meant to symbolize good luck, prosperity, and new beginnings. During our Mehndi ceremony, we will have Mehndi artists available to apply henna for our guests if they so choose to do so!
The Sangeet is an Indian pre-wedding ceremony characterized by music, song, and dance. It is a festive event that commonly occurs prior to the wedding itself.
The bride and groom will be dressed in Indian formal attire for this event. Feel free to wear Indian attire, or cocktail attire of your choosing! Some reputable websites for purchasing Indian clothing include those listed below: - https://www.lashkaraa.com - https://www.perniaspopupshop.com - https://www.kalkifashion.com/ - https://www.azafashions.com/
The dress code is semiformal attire! Indian, Vietnamese, or semifinal attire is welcome. The ceremony and reception will be outdoors, and there will be gravel/uneven surfaces, so please dress accordingly.
The best way to get around the Phoenix and Scottsdale area is via car, whether that’s Uber/Lyft or a rental car. Please note that parking at the event venue is limited. We will organize transportation to and from our hotel. If you are not staying at the hotel, Uber and Lyft are a great option! You may consider pre-booking your vehicles to ensure that you have transport arranged to be in time for the ceremony.
Please arrive by 3:30 pm to the wedding venue.
Please RSVP by December 14, 2025.
