WHAT IS THE SCHEDULE?

Answer

The ceremony will begin at 2:00 p.m. at Church of the Assumption. Cocktail hour will commence at 5:00 p.m. at the Landmark Center. We invite you to enjoy the surrounding area during the time between the ceremony and the start of the reception. There are many cafés, bars and attractions nearby. We encourage you to take this opportunity to relax, explore, or return to your hotel before the evening’s festivities begin. Dinner will begin around at 6:15 p.m.

WHAT IS THE DRESS CODE?

Answer

Black Tie Optional. Formal attire is welcome but not required. We kindly ask that guests refrain from wearing jeans and instead choose attire that reflects the elegance of the occasion while remaining comfortable.

CAN I BRING A PLUS ONE?

Answer

While we wish we could celebrate with everyone, we're only including the guests listed on each invitation. If you have been given a plus one, it will be indicated on your invitation. We truly appreciate your understanding and look forward to celebrating with you!

We love your little ones, however, we have decided to keep our wedding adults-only.

WILL THERE BE PARKING AT THE VENUE?

Answer

Complimentary parking will be available at the church. Paid street parking is available near the Landmark Center. For guests staying at the St. Paul Hotel, a shuttle will be provided to transport guests from the hotel to the church and back following the ceremony. The shuttle seats up to 11 passengers, so a short wait may be necessary; however, the route is quick and convenient. The distance is .04 miles. The St. Paul Hotel is conveniently located just across the street from the Landmark Center.

WHAT TIME SHOULD I ARRIVE AT YOUR WEDDING CEREMONY?

The ceremony will begin at 2:00 p.m., please arrive at least 20 minutes prior to the ceremony to ensure enough time park and to secure a seat.

IS THERE A HOTEL BLOCK?

Answer

We received a discounted room rate at the St. Paul Hotel. To receive the discounted room rate, please contact the hotel directly and request the “Brethorst Swanson Wedding Rate.” We encourage guests to book their accommodations as early as possible to ensure availability as the hotel can book up fast.

WILL THERE BE MEAL OPTIONS FOR GUESTS WITH DIETARY RESTRICTIONS OF ALLERGIES?

If you need an allergy or dietary restriction, please let us know. There is a vegetarian option for dinner.
