Please make the vacation you wish. Our wedding will be on Friday, April 4th. You are welcome to come & go as you please

How to book your travel & stay?
Answer
You are more than welcome to book your flight, transportation, and stay on your own but we do have a travel agent to do it for you! Please contact Bobbie at bobbie@travelbynelson.com for booking.

Will we be having a reception in the states for those that cannot make the trip?

As you will be missed at our Mexico reception, it is very important for us to stick to our dream & we will not be having another reception.

Is there a dress code?
Answer
Only for the groomsmen! Everyone else please wear what you wish, this is considered a semi formal event, cocktail attire will do.

Do you have to stay at the resort?
Answer
You don't have to stay at the resort that we have picked but for the day of our wedding you will need to arrange your transportation to and from the resort. Dreams Vista also has a daily fee you would be responsible for.

Is there a room block?

We did not create a room block, this leaves the dates, room types, and booking deadlines up to you! Please use the link above to look around!

What is for dinner the night of the wedding?
Answer
You will notice when you RSVP there is no dinner option, well luckily we picked for you. But please don't worry, we have picked MANY options to cover all allergies, dietary restrictions, personal preferences. We will have multiple meat options, veggie options, DF, GF, and everything in between. If there is any food allergies you would like us to be aware of please send us an email with the information at kcjohns2025@gmail.com by 2/4/2025.

Can I have a plus one?
Answer
Anyone may feel free to join you at the resort for your vacation, but please note that the ceremony and reception are by invitation only due to limited seating capacity.
Question
Can I post photos on social media?
Answer
To respect the privacy of some family members who prefer not to be featured on social media, we kindly ask that if you post any photos from our wedding, please only share pictures of people you know personally. We would appreciate it if photos of the wedding party are not posted online. Instead, we will provide a shared digital album where all guests can enjoy the wedding photos without using social media.
