There is free valet parking for both the ceremony and the reception.

The Baraat will start promptly at 1:15PM. Please arrive before 1:15PM to valet your car and enjoy light snacks/refreshments prior to the Baraat and Ceremony. The Baraat is one of the most fun filled traditions in the entire wedding ceremony. It is basically the procession, which leads the Groom towards the wedding venue. All of Christian's family and friends will gather at Leonard's parking lot at 1pm and join in the dancing parade towards the venue entrance. Shree's family and friends will be waiting at the venue entrance to meet, join in the dancing, and cheer! The Mother of the Bride then performs a welcoming ritual for good luck. Everyone will then proceed to the mandap (the altar) where the Hindu wedding ceremony will take place immediately after.
During this time, some guests may choose to switch into a different outfit for the Reception. For example, if you chose to wear Traditional Indian attire for the Hindu Ceremony, then you may use this time to possibly switch into an American formal attire for the Reception. You may also use this time to check-in at the hotel, which will be a short drive from the venue. (maybe you can get a quick nap in before the party gets started ;) ) There will be a private area at our hotel (Hilton Garden Inn Roslyn) for all our wedding guests who would like to rest there during the break. You do not need to book a stay at the hotel in order to utilize this private area during the break. If you'd like to explore the area during this break, please view our "Things To Do" tab.
