Can we bring our kid(s)?

With respect, we've decided to have our wedding be an adult only celebration! If you need help locating a trusted babysitter, please reach out!

Can I bring a date?

Answer

We have a strict guest list to stay on budget. Our wedding is strictly RSVP only. We will only able to accommodate those listed on your invitation and the number of reserved seats we allocated to you.

What time should I arrive?

Answer

We recommend that you arrive at least a half hour before the start of the ceremony at 4:30pm, to make sure everyone is on time and we can get the party started as scheduled!

Is there a shuttle to and from the hotel to the ceremony?

Answer

Currently, no. Both hotels are 5-10 minutes away from our venue, but we will re-evaluate as RSVPs are returned.

What's the dress code?

Answer

Tuxes and gowns are welcome, and so are suits and cocktail dresses. But we want you to feel comfortable, so if those shoes are too high or that top button is too tight, let it all hang loose.

Will the wedding be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Both the ceremony and the reception will be outside with open access to The Heitman House.

Where are you registered?

Answer

We are lucky enough to already have nearly everything we need for this new chapter together! However, for friends and family who have expressed an interest, we have created a gift registry for your convenience on this site and on Amazon!

Can I take and post pictures of the wedding on social media?

Answer

We love photos! We do ask that you refrain from taking photos during the ceremony, we’d like that time to be unplugged. Our only request is that you wait until Kasey and/or Arthur has posted first, and then be sure to tag each photo with our wedding hashtag #SuddenlySwain so we can keep track of all of your pictures!
