Jacob and Elizabeth were introduced by a mutual friend, on a night out in her Florida hometown - where Jake is stationed for work. Jake was celebrating with coworkers and Elizabeth was in town for a wedding. They made each other laugh and were having fun so when she invited him to be her date to the wedding, he excitedly accepted. Unfortunately Jake had a little too much fun that night and overslept the next day, missing the wedding. Over the next few months they kept running in to each other around shared friends and their interest in each other was undeniable. Jake took Liz on their first date and they have been inseparable ever since !

Elizabeth was visiting Jake in Florida and he planned a nice surprise dinner for them. On the way they decided to take the old beach road at sunset to enjoy the serene beach view and pulled over to take a walk. On the walk Elizabeth suggested turning around so they wouldn't be late for dinner - Jake said "Ok but before we do I have to ask you something," and got down on one knee with a ring he had made just for her. She tackled him and said yes and then they saw a cute dog on the beach !

Jacob and Elizabeth eloped by exchanging vows in a private ceremony in Crystal Beach, FL. They already share life in a beautiful marriage and are having this wedding to share with their families by bringing them together in one central place, as well as having their marriage blessed.
